The Bach Week Festival chorus is composed of both professional singers and seasoned non-professionals. The Chorus made its debut at the 2000 Bach Week Festival with the performance of J.S. Bach's B Minor Mass. Since then, it has performed all six of J.S. Bach's motets, the Christmas Oratorio, the Magnificat and The Passion of St. John, as well as motets and madrigals by Monteverdi, Schein, and other composers.
The chorus rehearses together once a month.
